My Aunt Connie Sue and my Moma love to go treasure hunting. It is their theory that the best approach is to have a list. It's so easy to get overwhelmed and overstimulated. They carefully scan for their items. For my Aunt Connie, it's wire egg baskets, globes, Texas plates, and bird cages. For Moma, it's pink glass (for her sister), snack plates, unique egg plates, vintage aprons (for me), and bottle openers. For me, it's vintage quilts, retro phones, and that oh so hard to find yellow glass sugar bowl (for my Moma). While we all look for the things we want, the best score of all is when you find something on someone else's list and surprise them...
