Angel food cake is my favorite cake to bake. The process is so pretty (with the help of my Kitchen-Aid mixer, of course). I used this simple recipe from Everyday Food Magazine. It doesn't look this pretty anymore now that its half eaten and covered in press and seal directly onto the cake stand. I also jammed out to Ke$ha while I made it (oops).
