Sharing a meal with my family, playing a soccer game at night when the weather is nice (and we're winning), or dancing at a wedding.

Uh, I pay my mortgage. And I get 8-9 hours of sleep every night.

I am definitely motivated by others. Especially when it comes to being creative.

I play soccer and dance in people's living rooms.
