Weekend











This weekend I made Mexican Hot Chocolate cookies. They are basically chocolate snickerdoodles that have chili powder in the cinnamon/sugar mix. 
Katy made two gorgeous quiches with tomato, feta, spinach and fresh herbs. She used puff pastry for the crust. It looked really simple. I've never made a quiche before. I'll have to try it. Here's the recipe. They substituted puff pastry for the crust, Roma tomatoes for cherry tomatoes, and heavy whipping cream for the creme fraiche.
